If you want to have a good breakfast, to spoil yourself with a generous amount of goffers, then you have to try this unique combination. Additionally, this recipe does not contain gluten or refined sugar, so it's a healthier alternative to the traditional recipe.
Gluten-free oatmeal replaces perfectly white flour, and bananas are the perfect sweetener for these goats.Ingredients for the best gluten-free goffered recipe and refined sugar:
200 grams of gluten-free oat flour
2 medium bananas with fork
2 tablespoons of arrowroot root powder or corn starch
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
3 eggs
237 milliliters of vegetable milk
100 milliliters of cold pressed coconut oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Bananas, berries, coconut, brown rice syrup (toppings)





 
 
 
Method of preparation:
In a bowl mix the oatmeal flour with starch, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, then add the milk, coconut oil, banana paste and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, mix thoroughly, allow to stand for 10 minutes, then make gofs using a special appliance.
Arrange on a plate, orchard with fruit, coconut yoghurt and brown rice syrup.
