Do not ignore these health problems caused by hormonal fluctuations

If migraines prevent you from living your life at maximum intensity and being productive at work, you can most often blame hormones.
Hormonal fluctuations that occur during menstrual cycle do not just result in cramps, acne, or unhealthy appetite. There are other conditions that could be caused by menstruation, warns doctors.
Here are the health problems caused by menstruation:

1. The palpitations
A faster or fluctuating pulse can occur even before and during the training. Specialists warn that when the fast pulse is associated with breathlessness, chest pain or fainting, you need to get control.

2. Migraines
"It has been known for several decades the link between hormones, especially estrogen, and the frequency and severity of migraines. The drastic decrease in estrogen may be the reason why severe migraines occur during this period. Also, chronic migraines can also be related to hormonal fluctuations, "explains Dr. Vernon Williams, neurologist specialist.
To minimize the risk of migraines, it is advisable to drink enough water, avoid alcohol and sleep at least 8 hours per night.

3. Anxiety
Did you notice that you worry more in the days before menstruation? Decreasing estrogen levels contributes significantly to anxiety-specific symptoms, ranging from a simple worry to an inability to rest.
You can reduce anxiety by walking outdoors, meditation or city outings with your friends.

4. Anemia
It is not always detected by routine analyzes unless it is in a serious form. To make sure you do not get into a big iron deficiency, eat foods that contain it, such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, tomato juice, potatoes, green peppers etc.

5. Dental problems
Gingival inflammation is more intense 2-3 days before menstruation and begins to decrease after the menstrual bleeding has started. So if you strictly adhere to the rules of dental hygiene, you can minimize discomfort. Dental floss and brushing at least 2 times a day have an essential role in maintaining oral health even on delicate days.
