1. Bean is picked, washed in some water and then left to soak in the evening until morning. In the morning, take out and boil in 2-3 water to remove all the toxins.
2. After boiling and the grain is soft, but whole, it is set to drain into the sieve.
3. During this time, the onion scallops are cut, the garlic is pricked and it is placed in a saucepan with oil. When the onion becomes glassy, ​​add the beans and a little water.
4. Separately, prepare the tomato paste with salt, pepper, thyme and pepper, and if the paste is too thick, add a little lukewarm water and pour over the beans. Add a bay leaf and allow it to fall to the oven at the right temperature. Serve with pickles and season with green parsley.
